Returns and Refunds

Select Scientific abides by Australian consumer laws regarding returns and refunds and aims to ensure customer satisfaction on every occasion..

ORDER AND DELIVERY ISSUES:

Any problems with your initial order delivery must be reported to Select Scientific via phone or email ([email protected]) within one week of delivery.

PRODUCT ISSUES:

To report a faulty product within the warranty period, click the 'Return Request' button below and submit the details of your issue. Select Scientific will then contact you with any further necessary steps.

For products agreed by Select Scientific to be defective under the terms of the product warranty, Select Scientific will repair the product at no charge where possible, otherwise provide a new or equivalent replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to Select Scientific and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of Select Scientific. If a product is deemed to be unrepairable and is replaced under warranty, the new replacement product will carry a pro-rated warranty to reflect the balance of the original warranty period.
